First this bag was ordered for a xmas present for my kid the 1st week of December. It did not arrive until end of December. Customer support blamed it on bad weather and refunded me only the $20 expedited fee I paid for shipping.
Also the quality of the bag is very BAD. The strap ends on this bag are not folded over & glued or stitched. So when you thread the straps through the plastic holder & your child tries to adjust the straps the straps just pull all the way through the plastic.
My 11 yr old planned to use this for school so I knew this would not work, she adjusts her straps a lot at school. I emailed lots of pictures to customer support and they were so unhelpful.
The other backpack I ordered from them DOES have folded over/glued straps so I was so frusturated when they acted like they did not understand what I was talking about. I asked for a refund process and they just stopped responding to my requests.
I complained to Shop app which I bought this from and they also did nothing.
To me this company has terrible customer service & I do not recommend buying from them.

Bought this for my daughter for school. It’s a great size with lots of pockets. The zippers do seem like they aren’t super strong but hoping it lasts the whole school year! Other than that super cute and lots of space!
