Purchased express shipping and it took over 2 weeks to get here, which was longer than standard shipping. Emailed customer service no response at all. The backpack has two very slim water bottle holders that can only fit 2 very slim water bottles, not your own canteen whatsoever. My son has to put water bottles inside the backpack. The only reason I’m giving this a 2-star review is because the design is so unique and my son loves it.
