My son is very happy with it, order in advance just incase!! It took almost a week before shipping out showing just the label had been made but once shipped took about a week and a half. Luckily I ordered ahead of time so It arrived before the school year. Just note it takes a few weeks.
Zipper doesn't get stuck at all, which is one thing I always like to check so I was skeptical buying online instead of in person but it is good quality the bottle holder could be a bit bigger.
The bag seems to be of very nice quality. Did take a long time to receive the order.
